The new website does not only boast with a fresh new corporate look and feel, but also offers customers and potential customers a more intuitive and user-friendly experience. “Our new website clearly states who we are, what we stand for, and what we can achieve for our clients,” says Martin Coetzee, managing director of Falcon, and adds that the aim was to ensure that every visit to the website equates to a smooth and seamless process.
Apart from new eye-catching imagery and videos, the new website also includes some great new features such as:
- Being fully responsive, meaning that you can view the site with ease on any device, whether in the office, at home or on the move.
- Improved navigation.
- A Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) section, that allows visitors to familiarise themselves with general questions and procedures that customers might have. Visitors are also encouraged to contribute to this section by sending comments or suggestions to firstname.lastname@example.org.
According to Anna du Plessis, Head of Marketing, more features will be added in the coming months. She explains that the overall design of the new website and the way in which the information is structured not only improves its visual overview but also its usability. “We shifted to a more customer-centric layout, enabling our clients to easily navigate the site and locate the information they need,” says Du Plessis.
