Falcon Extra Heavy Duty Slashers

The Falcon Extra Heavy Duty Slasher is designed for all grass-cutting, bush-clearing and heavy slashing operations, with the different models having cutting widths from 1,5 m to 2 m. They are fitted with F80 series, locally manufactured gearboxes and work best with tractors rated between 42 kW and 80 kW. These slashers are engineered to tackle the toughest terrains.

Each extra heavy duty slasher has an adjustable cutting height to give the required finish, a rear guard flap and front skirt for safe operation.

The cutting gear is tried and tested for a clean cut in all conditions. The round, low-impact blade disc with four 360°-swinging blades is preferred for use when a cleaner cut is required. The two-blade cutting assembly, with tempered spring steel blade beams and two swinging blades, is the preferred choice for general slashing purposes in rough conditions with heavy growth. The two blade option is available on all extra heavy duty slashers.

All Falcon Extra Heavy Duty Slashers are supplied with appropriate, fully guarded PTO shafts and torque-limiting slip-clutches, ready for work. Optional over-run clutches can be supplied if required.
