The marketing team at Falcon is committed to an integrated approach to marketing as we believe this makes more of an impression on the marketplace. It is our objective to increase the awareness for the Falcon range of products at both dealer and farmer level. We are looking to promote all of the key product groups: slashers, haymaking equipment, mowers, mulchers, spreaders, Rotavators and ploughs. The marketing mix includes a combination of advertising, editorial and competitions as well as a presence at dealer and farmer days. |

NAMPO: May 2007
Every year the Harvest Day Show, staged by NAMPO at Bothaville in the Free State Province, gets bigger and better. This year’s show was no different. A specialised display was built on the following theme - Falcon works for you, year and certainly attracted a lot of attention. We also took the opportunity to show off the full range of implements and to bring to the farmer’s attention the fact that we are now the exclusive distributor of the Amazone brand. Falcon Focus
The Falcon Focus newsletter is a key communication with our dealer network. 3 editions are distributed each year to ensure that the dealers are kept abreast of activities and developments. Brochures
The latest edition to the range of brochures is the mower brochure. It features the full range of mowers available from Falcon and, like its predecessors, is bilingual. The following brochures are now available: Haymakers, Bale Handling Equipment, Slashers, Mulchers, Mowers, Amazone Spreaders, Bale Equipment.
Posters
Falcon is producing a range of framed posters that can be used as part of the Falcon display in the dealership. Each poster highlights key products and shows the machine in the field. The poster range includes: Haymaking Equipment, Slashers, Mowers.
Photos and Video Clips
Falcon has recently updated its library of images. There is a photo gallery as well as a video clip of machines ‘working in the field’ in the product section of the website. The RSMs also have these images on their laptops. Please use these resources to show people what the machines look like and how they work.
